Personal Fitness Journey
My passion for strength training and conditioning began at the age of 11. Over the years, I’ve developed not only a deep understanding of training techniques but also a strong desire to help others safely and effectively reach their goals.
About Me
I am 21 years old and have been working as an assistant trainer for the past year. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and academic study, I have built a strong foundation in exercise science. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and take pride in continuously expanding my knowledge to better serve my clients. Born and raised in Vallejo, I carry the values and work ethic of the Bay Area into everything I do.
