I believe fitness should help you feel strong, move better, and show up confidently in your everyday life. My approach is built on discipline, consistency, and meeting people where they are, whether you’re an athlete or just getting started.

Real training focuses on long-term progress. It means building strong habits, improving movement, and supporting lifelong health. I focus on smart, effective workouts that are tailored to each person’s goals and lifestyle.

I’ve seen firsthand how powerful training can be, not just for performance, but for confidence and overall well-being. My goal is to help every client unlock their full potential and stay strong for life.

Personal Notables

Marquis Hundley is a former Division I football player from the University of Arizona with a lifelong passion for fitness, education, and helping others reach their full potential. An active and driven youth, Marquis was immersed in sports and a variety of activities that instilled discipline and resilience early on. His athletic dedication earned him a full ride scholarship to play defensive back at the University of Arizona, where he became a starter and led the team in interceptions during his senior year.

While in college, Marquis developed a strong interest in strength training, which quickly became a central focus in his life. Following a brief stint with the Chicago Bears, he transitioned from playing professionally to pursuing a career in athletic development and personal training. He began by interning at his alma mater, where he had the opportunity to work with NFL athletes who returned to campus during the offseason.

Upon returning to California, Marquis joined the team at Body Kinetics, where he advanced to the role of master trainer. When the COVID-19 pandemic forced gyms to close, he adapted by training clients out of his garage—an experience that ultimately inspired him to launch his own venture: Body by Quis.

Today, Marquis continues to dedicate himself to helping individuals of all ages to move better, get stronger, and unlock their full fitness potential through thoughtful, personalized coaching.
